Shipping Questions

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Iron Shift Supply carefully selects products from trusted manufacturers and distributors. Because items may ship from different fulfillment partners, orders containing multiple products may arrive separately.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided for every shipment associated with your order. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive tracking for each one.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days depending on the supplier. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, although some specialty items may take slightly longer.

Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

Because we prioritize quality over mass inventory, some items ship from specialized suppliers. This allows us to offer better equipment, but occasionally adds a few extra days to delivery times.

How will I know if my order ships separately?

If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers as each package ships.

Can I receive my items faster if they ship separately?

Sometimes yes. Shipping separately often allows certain items to arrive sooner instead of waiting for the full order to be consolidated.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.

What if my order is delayed?

If there is an unexpected delay, we will communicate updates whenever possible. You can always contact us for assistance.


Order Questions

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Some specialty or custom products may have different return terms.

What if an item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

We select products based on real-world usefulness, durability, and feedback from first responders. Our goal is to become a trusted source for equipment that actually performs when it matters.

Are these products actually used by first responders?

Many of the products we carry are either personally used, previously used, or recommended by first responders. Our goal is to only offer equipment that meets real-world job demands.

Do you test every product?

While we may not physically test every single item ourselves, products are selected based on real use experience, trusted brands, and feedback from the first responder community.

Will you be adding more products?

Yes. As we grow, we will continue expanding our offerings based on first responder needs, product innovation, and community feedback.

Why are some prices different from other websites?

We focus on working with reliable suppliers and maintaining quality fulfillment standards. Our priority is making sure customers receive dependable products and service they can trust.
